New teaching/theses announcement mailing list

Dear all,
CISPA has set up a dedicated mailing list to announce open hiwi positions, topics for theses, talk announcements, and other student-related activities (e.g., taking parts in studies we run). The list is moderated by CISPA to ensure only meaningful content.
