Final topic and paper assingment

Hi Everyone,
We have released the final topic and paper assignment here. Fortunately, while ensuring maximum coverage of topics, we have been able to assign everyone an area from their top 2 choices. We have also tentatively assigned papers to read within the area. In case some paper is unassigned from your area and you want to read it instead. Please email me.
